LEAD VIDEOGRAPHER (FULL-TIME)

Job Requirements:
As our Lead Videographer, you will be at the forefront of capturing and producing compelling video content that inspires, informs, and engages our diverse congregation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and producing all video requests, ensuring high-quality production values and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with the creative team from ideation to execution on all video projects, bringing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the table.
- Assisting in leading a production volunteer team on Sunday mornings, fostering an environment of teamwork and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Working alongside the creative team staff to plan content for church-wide events, conferences, gatherings, and Sunday services, ensuring an immersive and impactful visual experience.
- Utilizing your proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products, Mac Computer Systems, DSLR Cameras, and Motorized Stabilizers to bring our vision to life.
- Applying your expertise in lighting, diffusion, color correction, grading LOG footage, basic audio editing, and cabling to enhance the visual quality of our videos.
- Demonstrating knowledge of photography to capture stunning images that complement our video content.
Qualifications:

- A portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and ability to tell compelling visual stories.
- Proven experience in videography, with a strong command of camera operation and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud products, enabling you to edit, enhance, and create captivating videos.
- Familiarity with Mac Computer Systems, DSLR Cameras, Motorized Stabilizers, lighting techniques, and basic audio editing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)
If you are thrilled at the thought of systems and love engaging with people, Covenant Love could be the place for you. We are seeking a part-time Human Resources Specialist to complete payroll, assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, administer benefits and compensation as well as oversee records management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, records management, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Be the primary person for payroll processing
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment
2. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing (English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
3. Skill in taking and transcribing dictation, accurately and with reasonable speed, of a variety of materials, including statements, minutes, correspondence, reports, and other material.
4. Exhibit good judgment, honesty, integrity, responsibility, and punctuality through the utilization of professional work standards.
5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, coworkers, civic organizations, business professionals, and the public.
6. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
7. Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
8. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned and required.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- SHRM/HRCI is a plus
